Return and Refund Policy

At Krisvi Wardrobe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to assist you with a fair and simple return & refund process.

• Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Important: Products with any kind of fragrance (perfume, detergent, etc.) on the fabric will not be accepted for return.
Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear or damage caused by customer handling.

• Mandatory Return Proof – Unboxing Video Required
To claim a return/refund for any damaged or defective product, you must share a clear unboxing video as proof.
✔️ Video should be:

Captured from the moment the parcel is opened
No cuts, no pauses, and no edits
Cloth damage must be clearly visible with zoom-in shots
❌ Videos shared after opening or without full visibility will not be accepted.
• Return Process
Email us at info@krisvi.shop within2-3 days of delivery.
Mention Order ID, Reason for Return, and attach your unboxing video (if damaged).
We will verify and guide you with the next steps.

• Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
We try to arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible.
If not serviceable, you can self-ship the product to our return address.

• Refunds
Once the product is received & approved, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.
Refunds are done to the original payment mode or as store credit.
For COD orders, refund will be through bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchange Policy
We don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.
Exchange is only possible for size issues and if stock is available.

• Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
After shipment, cancellation is not allowed.
