Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece of our jewelry is beautifully handcrafted just for you! Because each item is unique, we do not offer any cash refunds. However, we are happy to help you with exchanges under the following conditions:

📦 Unboxing Video is Mandatory: You must record a complete unboxing video while opening your parcel for the first time. Without a clear opening video, no exchange requests will be accepted.
⏰ Report within 24 Hours: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must message us on WhatsApp or Email us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
✈️ Return within 2 Days: Once we approve your request, you must ship the item back to us within 2 days.
🚚 Shipping Charges: The customer must bear all shipping costs for sending the item back and receiving the new package.
